Exodus 31:12-18 / Read

What is challenging for you about observing the Sabbath - that is, setting aside a day to rest your body, mind and spirit and remember who God is and what he has done?
The writer of Hebrews, found in the New Testament, described Jesus as the ultimate Sabbath rest. Being found in him means eternal rest from striving (and failing) to uphold God’s perfect law.
Be honest with yourself: To what degree do you find your worth in your work vs. the work of Jesus?
What might it look like to establish a regular Sabbath in your life - not just ceasing from having to “get stuff done”, but celebrating all that Jesus has done for you?
