21 / Romans 8:28-39 (Part 2) / Read
What is the main idea that Paul (the author) expresses in vv. 31-37?
“If God is for us, who can be against us?” (vv. 31) The power of this question is tied to our belief about who God is. Be honest: Who do you believe God to be? Which tends to have more power over you: His words or the words of others?
Paul writes that God’s love for and toward his people is absolutely guaranteed because of Jesus’ death and resurrection. Do you believe that there’s nothing you can do or not do to change God’s abundant and unending love for you in Christ? How will you live out that reality today?
